We have lived in the same neighborhoods we now have rentals in.

We began our journey in 1996, by investing in, and renovating single family homes to improve our neighborhoods. Our early success progressed into owning and operating rental houses, duplexes, and apartment buildings throughout Allen county. As Lima natives, we care about our community and its citizens and take great pride in improving the rental properties available in the city.
